Very good experience overall My spouse and I live in Columbia-Jeff City region and took a day off work to pick up our used forester, made sure we got there early at 9AM so we coul My spouse and I live in Columbia-Jeff City region and took a day off work to pick up our used forester, made sure we got there early at 9AM so we could return home in good time. However, car certification was not done, so we had to wait. But, we do not fault members of sales team for this, Jim and Blake treated us very well and we were very happy with the sale. This dealership needs more space, costs of moving would be more than offset by increase in efficiency. Considering the crowded conditions and how busy they were, I still gave high rating overall because of the way we were treated. Hats off to Jim for following up with us after the sale too, it's much appreciated, and I will definitely recommend this dealer and sales staff to others shopping for cars in St. Louis area-thanks again! I asked AAA to tow me to Webster Groves Subaru, where I had just gotten some work done the day before, even though I knew the sound wasn't related to the work they had done. They squeezed me in despite having a full day of appointments, and the shuttle service took me to work without my having to wait at all. The service guys determined that a rock had gotten somewhere it didn't belong. (I can't remember where they said it was lodged.) They removed the rock for me free of charge. The shuttle picked me up from work and brought me back to the dealership, and I was on my way. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. More

CJ was great - There was a significant delay in Finance CJ was extremely helpful and had a high level of communication without being pushy. It also appeared that cj’s sales manager was involved and supportive. I want to emphasize that CJ was on top of the process and was instrumental in making the deal process painless and assuring everything was ready to go on the day of picking up the vehicle. I don’t know the situation in Finance however that was the one area of improvement. More
