My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience. Jim came right out when we arrived; so we didn’t have to wait at all. He was very courteous answered all of our questions. As a woman on her own he wasn't pushy and understood how crappy we can get treated when car shopping. He was open and honest about other cars I wanted to look at. He gave me honest opinions on the Subaru vs Honda or Toyotas like it. He understood when I wanted to go elsewhere and test drive them before coming to a decision. And when I did decide to go Subaru, he helped me through the beginning of the paperwork process with care and explanations along the way. However, I had an appointment for 1:30pm to pick up my new car. It was a Wednesday. I figured it wouldn't be too busy in the middle of the day. I was wrong. Seems even though I had an appointment, every finance officer was in a meeting when I arrived. No one spoke to me for two hours. It took until 5pm to wrap everything up and all I was doing was buying it. I'd already picked it out and test driven it. I watched as new Subaru owners, buying new cars, were swept through and felt as though because I was buying used I wasn't as significant. By the time I was done and needed to clean out the car I traded in, I didn't have the energy. I was so mentally exhausted and had missed 3.5 hours of work I just wanted to go home and crash. I couldn't even get excited about having a new car. All in all, it was a good experience to find the right car and I wouldn't change that. I love my new car. However, I feel the finance department could use an overhaul. More
Pathetic Customer Service I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Webster Groves Subaru on the 30th of December 2019. Within a month of driving the left axle of the car was making I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Webster Groves Subaru on the 30th of December 2019. Within a month of driving the left axle of the car was making a horrible noise, which I reported to the dealership. This inquiry was horribly treated and was outright shunned by the management claiming that the axle wasn't touching the oil and hence its not their responsibility- BS! The axle is leaking the oil-how's it not a defect! The management's attitude was pathetic and it was a painful experience to talk to them. A horrible customer service awaits anyone who purchases a car from here. Not recommending it to anyone! More

When I came back asking if they had any others with the features I wanted and he suggested I would be better off with a new one...which I ordered the next day. No pressure, no haggling, and just exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. They even arranged to have the cream colored leather trim on the dashboard dyed to match the rest of the black dash. I have left dealerships in the past when I felt like I would have gotten better service if I had been a man. No problems at Webster Groves Subaru! More

Everyone we encountered before, during, and after our sale was there to make it easy for us, our young kids and busy schedules. There was no doubt they went above and beyond for us to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and experience. We would recommend Webster Groves Subaru to anyone and will definitely be going there first for our future purchases! More
