Oil changes for life You win I won’t be back. I have attempted 4 oil changes and have only been able to receive 2 due to scheduling. The last one took over 8 hours even t You win I won’t be back. I have attempted 4 oil changes and have only been able to receive 2 due to scheduling. The last one took over 8 hours even though we did a door buster when you opened. You will not schedule a time just the day. I will pay for oil changes and other services but not at Sunset dealerships to maintain my warranty. You are right not all Ford dealerships are the same. I have had better services elsewhere. You will probably say but it’s free no it was part of the price of the car. Wade Pittman More

Rude and Messy Rude service helpers. Truck was left a mess, grease on door and steering wheel. Seat, mirrors, settings, stereo were played with. They could not repro Rude service helpers. They could not reproduce the problem so i had to pay for a rental car and over $100 to find out that i would have to live with the problem until the u joints fell apart. I don't think they like using their lifetime powertrain warranty. More

I have a Mustang Super Snake that has some unique issues. Have been in several times to try and correct a problem with my 750 HP high performance Mustang car. The service department manager is very patient and working to resolve my problems with Shelby. I am at my wits end with getting the problem fixed but I respect what Sunset Ford has done so far. It may be that I have a Lemon and ultimately will need to return the car but that would not be the fault of Sunset Ford. Considering I paid over a 100k for this new car I am not happy I’m having these issues. More

They charge $20 for a tire rotation when Firestone and Les Schwab do it for $15. A bit expensive. Also the gentleman that took my car in wasn’t friendly, he asked the gentleman that check in before me if he wanted a shuttle but didn’t have the courteous to ask me. More

Air conditioning repair. Manufacturer recall notice. This isn’t my first service with this dealership. I love pulling up to the automatic doors and driving inside the receiving shop. I was going out of town and Sunset’s service department was able to work me into their schedule for the next day..
