Don't buy anything fron Sunset Ford or any of their orther dealership. They are very unethical. I called to get an appoint for a recall and they stated that they will only do it if I have other servi orther dealership. They are very unethical. He is unreachable, refuses to talk to customers in the store, and sends the advisor to do his talking. He is difficult to reach and the easiest way is to show up and hope he will actually talk to you in person. After the recent visits, the service manager's customer service and attitude have lost the dealership a loyal, long-time multiple-car family. More
