Honestly I would rather hit myself in the thumb with a hammer than buy another Ford. Transmission went out TWICE, and now my engine block was warped. And I had to pay for the rental? Mike was excellent as far as taking care of the Customer! He answered all my questions and called me back when my truck was done. I had an oil change and rotation done and have to say, paying close to $80 He answered all my questions and called me back when my truck was done. Paying that much too I would expect all the oil to be cleaned up under the car. Have some residual dripping in my garage. Hoping it’s just from the change and nothing else. More

I had a recall worked on my car which sunset fixed and Sean also informed me of an issue I had. He quoted me that day and was very easy to deal with on my return to have the issue resolved. Two days before a scheduled Service appointment I considered purchasing a new 2020 Explorer. Bin Hu was very knowledgeable about the car and worked to put a deal together. I appreciated the email confirmation of my appointment after it was scheduled and the reminder phone call the day before. Service Advisor Mike Wilhite was knowledgeable regarding what I should expect regarding the scope, time and cost of the repairs. Further, make made sure I had either a rental car or a shuttle ride somewhere. The repairs took 2 1/2 days and Mike was diligent in calling with status updates. Mike has been the one to help me 9/10 of the times I have been here. He is very knowledgable, amiable, fast, and professional with every visit. Not only would Mike tell me who could answer the questions, but personally walked with me to ensure I found the correct person, and most importantly, got the answer I needed. This may not seem like much, but at the end of the day, it is the small stuff like this that makes Mike stand out amongst others and earn my repeated business. More
