Our staff both in person and on the phones do their best to recite all important word tracks, and typically we state something along the lines of; “we aim for a 24 hour turn around but can’t guarantee anything until we get a diagnosis on the vehicle.” If that or something similar was not said to you, I am certainly sorry and I will discuss with our staff the importance.
