Service Advisor Michael Sensmeyer was excellent to deal with on my 2009 Ford Escape service. The only disappointing part of my service experience was the lack of a valve stem to correct tire pressure senso with on my 2009 Ford Escape service. The only disappointing part of my service experience was the lack of a valve stem to correct tire pressure sensor malfunction. This will require another trip back to Sunset to correct the problem.
