You are by far the best service dealer in our area. I have dealt with plenty of dealers and you are the best. I had a pleasant experience from the time I ordered the key and the key fob from your points have dealt with plenty of dealers and you are the best. Service advisors Mike and Brett helped improve my experience by understanding my position. However this is the second time I have had issues with service work here. Previously parts were installed experience by understanding my position. However this is the second time I have had issues with service work here. Previously parts were installed incorrectly, which I luckily noticed before leaving the lot, this time the wrong parts got ordered and delayed my repair time for 4 more days. I also had to verify that my oil change was completed after checking out because the tech did not reset any clocks or stickers. Not what I expect from one of Ford’s top Dealerships. More

Ford had a recall on my car and the recall said the parts to fix it would not be available until the third quarter of the year. Sunset Ford was able to locate and fix my recall in under 7 days from me callin to fix it would not be available until the third quarter of the year. Sunset Ford was able to locate and fix my recall in under 7 days from me calling about the recall. Sunset ford also provided me with a rental car so I did not have to do without a car while they fixed mine. Service is always amazing at Sunset Ford. Because I always get great service from Sunset, I bought a car from them last year. More
