Hi Clay, thank you for sharing this with us. We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your vehicle. We do have to obtain approval from Ford on all “no-charge” warranty & factory defect repairs. We always do our best to get situations handled for our customers. Certainly if the vehicle is beyond factory warranty, we are at the mercy of Ford customer care team to see if they will assist. I am assuming that is the case otherwise my staff would have proceeded with the repairs at no charge. If Ford has not been contacted, that would be an avenue we could try.
