Put me off, had my car for 10 days. Didn’t put the car back together. It fell apart on the highway when I left and then they denied it was their issue! Now I have even more expenses that I can’t afford to back together. It fell apart on the highway when I left and then they denied it was their issue! My car had parts left off under the dashboard on the passenger side and screws and packages from car parts they installed. They took out my personal belongings and left them on the floor- which is why they couldn’t see they left parts off. The plastic parts behind the bumper and wheel wells came off causing the further damage. More

Even though it was not possible to schedule an appointment they did manage to call within 2 weeks to get my vehicle in for repairs. Which was understandable with the vehicle shortage and everyone appointment they did manage to call within 2 weeks to get my vehicle in for repairs. Which was wonderful considering we are down to only one car right now. More
Horrible, backed up and over flowed with work. Workers don’t acknowledge you when you come in. They tell you to your face they’re not there so they don’t have to assist you.
