I asked for an oil change, transmission fluid check and tire rotation. Easy. Rep offered lots of problems but no solutions for this easy request. I told him to just do the oils change. I couldn’t make an appointment, but it takes two days to get your car back-for a simple oil change. I had to make 5 phone calls to get a hold of someone who knew if my car was ready. This is too much trouble for a routine oil change, especially since I bought the car here. Why would I ever buy from Sunset again when you’re treated like a bum off the street when you bring that same car in for minor service. I can get my oil changes at Jiffy Lube for less headache and quicker service. If I can’t trust you with an oil change, I sure won’t bring it to you for actually repairs. More

We took our Mustang GT in for an engine overheating issue. After 3 weeks, (because the tech was out a few days, then he had to attend classes, blah blah blah) and nearly $1700, our engine still has the issue. After 3 weeks, (because the tech was out a few days, then he had to attend classes, blah blah blah) and nearly $1700, our engine still has the overheating issue. They did not solve the problem. They claimed the tech test drove the car and all was well. I told them from the VERY BEGINNING to test the fan. It doesn't come on to the high speed, only stays on low speed. But since the tech didn't check out why it wasn't coming on high speed, the car still overheats. All the work that the tech did was all excellent work, but unfortunately he did not resolve the issue.
