Terrible I found a much nicer vehicle w fewer miles and friendlier, up front sales people at another dealership. Also felt very pressured and uncomfortable. ?? More

Just an update l. My husband got into an accident and Riverside ford was extremely helpful in ensuring that all of the gap insurance stuff was handled correctly! I cannot say enough about how well this dealership has treated us, as we were buying from them and a year later when we needed their help because our gap insurance was giving us trouble. Love them!
