There is never anything like free life time warranty The sale person at the dealership was great, patient and knowledgeable. Everything changed when I went to financing. The finance guy pressured me in buying warranty worthy over 8k. why would I want warranty on a brand new truck which already has 3 years or 36k mile warranty from ford? He could not take NO for an answer and to make the matter worse he was not transparent about the whole amount just showed me how it will change my monthly payment. He also tried to make me switch from my bank to a different co op which was unethical to me. So do not be fooled by the lifetime warranty at sunset ford it is just a way to bring you in for a sale. DO NOT BUY ecoflex or compass protection plan you will be stuck with product that you do not need. Very bad experience. More

Oil changes for life You win I won’t be back. I have attempted 4 oil changes and have only been able to receive 2 due to scheduling. The last one took over 8 hours even t You win I won’t be back. You will not schedule a time just the day. I will pay for oil changes and other services but not at Sunset dealerships to maintain my warranty. You are right not all Ford dealerships are the same. They could not reproduce the problem so i had to pay for a rental car and over $100 to find out that i would have to live with the problem until the u joints fell apart. I don't think they like using their lifetime powertrain warranty. More
