Hello. I brought my 2012 Explorer in to have a coolant leak repaired. I brought it I’m the first week of April. After ordering my parts twice and keeping my car for an entire month, I finally got my car b leak repaired. I brought it I’m the first week of April. After ordering my parts twice and keeping my car for an entire month, I finally got my car back. During that time I called 3 times looking for information and did finally receive a call from the department letting me know that my parts had been delivered damaged. After that I received another message that my party had arrived yet again damaged. As this is my only car this put a certain amount of stress on myself and my wife. I was not offered a loaner or any other relief. I was then called on Letting me know they had gotten the parts and my car was done that same afternoon. In the shop for a month and worked on for less than half a day. This does not seem appropriate. I haven’t posted any reviews at this time but am definitely tempted. This seems something that needs some work. More

We were dealing with an insurance issue about a stolen catalytic converter. Crystal was very patient, helpful and understanding. We hadn’t dealt with an insurance claim in 60 years. We showed our interest in a new Ford Explorer ST and gave our salesman Craig, an example of one at another dealership with everything we wanted. We drove away that evening in exactly what we wanted, given an amazing experience, and feeling like we became part of the Sunset family. More

Customer service and communication was nonexistent. Sunset Ford wasted my time and money. Huge let down for a first time car buyer. They took my money and held my new vehicle for two weeks before disclosing that it possibly could take months to be serviced and released to me. The experience cost me a lot of time, money and peace of mind that I won’t get back and they had no intentions of remedying or being accountable to any of their errors. More
