We are sorry we could not isolate and repair the issue with your Apple Car Play. Although there were some unique, unfortunate circumstances that contributed to this frustrating issue, we recognize this is no excuse for allowing this to affect our valued customers. Even though we've missed the mark on this particular error a few times, our service manager would love for you to bring your Ford back in to try to fix this for good now that we have more information from Ford to properly troubleshoot this accessory.
