I was told I needed a service for my 1999 expedition when this service was preformed already and the service tech didn’t look at the notes of the prior service. If I hand not said something I would have rep this service was preformed already and the service tech didn’t look at the notes of the prior service. If I hand not said something I would have repeated a service that was not necessary. Also was told my oil cap was damaged. Sunset is the only one changing my oil so I asked how did it get damaged.
