I find it incredibly frustrating when dealers don't post the prices of their cars publicly, either online or right on the car in the lot. It feels shady when you call them and they don't know and it feels t the prices of their cars publicly, either online or right on the car in the lot. It feels shady when you call them and they don't know and it feels they are making it up as they go. Being transparent about the cost of rhe vehicle is an area of improvement for Sunset Ford. Otherwise, the quote i recieved via text was lower than the actual payment which again was irritating but close enough not to ruin the deal. More

Found right truck - convenient and friendly dealership for the most part. Made a good deal and feel like sales and sales management were on point and wanted to get things done. Brought in for oil change and tire rotation. Stood in front of service desk for 5-10mins without any acknowledgement even though CSR right in front of me wasn’t on the phone.
