Texted with Dave for days going over inventory and all the details of my trade in. Thank goodness I took screen shots because they said that I had lied on my mileage and that's why the trade value went do the details of my trade in. It was a great experience. I enjoyed the low preassure help offered by Ceasar and Craig. We brought our F-150 King Ranch in for service. We were experiencing vibration with the brakes. We just purchased this vehicle from the Dealership last March. We had to make arrangements to drop the vehicle off on a Friday and my husband was provided an Uber to work. We then picked up the Truck on Monday and drove it home. On the freeway my husband experienced the vibration again. We called and had to make arrangements again to bring it in. My husband did a test driver with the Tech and they were able to feel the same vibration we brought it in for. The Service mgr stated it wasn't done correctly so we had to leave it again. This put us out of a vehicle and caused a real inconvenience for both my wife and I to get to and from work. The work needed to be done so we figured out alternative transportation. It was to be completed on Tuesday but it wasn't. No communication until it was too late for me to get out there before work. The part didn't come in so it was going to be another day. I had to take my wife's car luckily she had a day off. My wife had to find a ride to work on Wed since I needed her car. We finally received notification after we reached out again to find out when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. I had to book a Lyft out to Sumner since I had no one available to take me. This was an inconvenience and expense I wasn't expecting. This experience has been frustrating and the lack of communication was very disappointing the cost due to the mistake made the first time and then being charged more than the original quote I was given. This experience with the Service Department has not been a positive one. I am not sure I will be returning for service in the future. More

When I tried to schedule service, I was told it would take over a month to get it looked at. After pleading my case about how this was impacting my business, I finally brought the van in, only to receive no updates or follow-ups as promised. The manager was dismissive, rude, and even hung up on me when I expressed my frustrations. This van has cost my business significant time and money, and the lack of accountability from this dealership is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” More

Next day did some research to find out the truck was truly $85,999! Not only did the salesman, but the finance person was trying to get a $7,000 bonus for themselves. Tried to reach out to the Sales Manager but have not gotten a phone call or response, so I am thinking that this wasn't the first time and it won't be the last with shady business!! More
Absolute disappointment. We have been yanked around by everyone here. Every time our vehicle goes in for service, it comes back with more issues! The truck they sold was a lemon, had to have rear axle replaced within 2 months of buying it, turbos failed, breaks failed, warranty we were told would cover everything didn't and we still have to pay out of pocket. Sunset Ford is a fair, no-pressure, dealership. They have a great selection and they seem to do their best to help you find just the right vehicle for you. Nothing bad, just think that when someone is spending thousands of dollars and spending an entire day plus (we came back the next day) that they should be offered more than vending machines to buy their own water or coffee. I brought my low mile truck in for an oil change and it came back to me with an oil leak, so I took it to another shop and they said that someone loosened and removed bolts causing oil feed tube to leak fr came back to me with an oil leak, so I took it to another shop and they said that someone loosened and removed bolts causing oil feed tube to leak from the side of TIMC, I had to pay sunset 300.00 to diagnose a problem that did not exist until they had it in there shop. The damage to repair what they did cost me $1,413.97, I do not recommend this shop to anyone, and they will never get my business again. More
