I went in for my 3rd oil change they charged me for a tire rotation, and on my previous visit there was no charge for a tire rotation the service guy at the counter just ignored my question about that an tire rotation, and on my previous visit there was no charge for a tire rotation the service guy at the counter just ignored my question about that and said you can pay now. He was not rude or disrespectful he just ignored me when I asked him about the charge. More

I’ve had generally good experience with this dealer (mostly the Service Dept) since buying a 2016 Impala new there. It’s about 6-7yrs later and they’ve honored the free oil change promise, and kept the (mostly the Service Dept) since buying a 2016 Impala new there. Today (Aug.2023) was the first time I had a service advisor that seemed relatively clueless, in all these years. This was the first time they skipped over some of the stuff I brought the car in for, so I had to make another appt and will have to bring it back again in a couple weeks. Waste of time. More
