Jonathon Turk, Assistant Service Manager, prepared a quote for me to fix a leaky moonroof. He said that $140 was the diagnostic charge but it took less than 1 hour of labor to diagnose. He THEN stated t quote for me to fix a leaky moonroof. He said that $140 was the diagnostic charge but it took less than 1 hour of labor to diagnose. He THEN stated that the whole moonroof needed to be replaced to the tune of $2800 dollars PLUS labor. I took the car to my local mechanic and he said it was a clog that could be fixed. It would cost no more than $700 to repair. This was an attempted robbery by Sunrise VW. More

I was very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. They were able to diagnose and repair some window and retractable roof issues caused by a battery replacement performed elsewhere on my 2 dealership. They were able to diagnose and repair some window and retractable roof issues caused by a battery replacement performed elsewhere on my 2012 Eos. They set me up for a rental for the day and drove me (and later picked me up) to the rental agency. I will continue to patronize them in the future. Great customer service! More
