I went into sunrise vw looking for a new tiguan. I sat down with Allen and discussed numbers. He was a perfect gentleman. It didn't even feel like I was with a salesman. We were being helped by Mr. Monte who went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even took his time to set up the Navigation System and connect our cell phone via Bluetooth. I give high grades to Sunrise. I was very satified with my 2007 Jetta I purchased from Sunrise. So I went back in November to my same salesman, Allan Rosenberg to trade-in for a 2012 Jetta. The dealership my 2007 Jetta I purchased from Sunrise. So I went back in November to my same salesman, Allan Rosenberg to trade-in for a 2012 Jetta. The dealership is very pleasant, professional and I would say woman-friendly, which I have found not the case at many dealerships. After making an appointment to come in to get an appraisal on my used car and to purchase a new Jetta, I met briefly with the person with whom I spoke to on the phone. He greeted us and asked where appraisal on my used car and to purchase a new Jetta, I met briefly with the person with whom I spoke to on the phone. He greeted us and asked where the trade-in was and I told him. About ten minutes later I was shepherded into another salesman's office who, to be quite frank, did not know what he was doing. After having us tour the outside lot in the cold weather a number of times looking for a Jetta, a job he should have been doing, nothing was found. My used car was never appraised but just sat there; we never even were able to test-drive any Jetta. A total waste of two hours. More
