We have leased many cars in the past and he made this experience a lot easier and very pleasant. At first we were undecided about the Jetta or Passat and came back to the dealer unannounced a couple of time and Donnell still took the time to talk to us each time and took us for a test drive in each. Made the decision process a lot easier! There was never any pressure for a decision and ultimately we made the informed decision of choosing the Passat.
