I was introduced to Dudley and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the new Gti, as well as my model. He is clearly a driving enthusiast who understood the changes incorporated into the new Gti and carefully explained them. Most importantly, he interacted with me in a professional and respectful manner through out the process. I was never made to feel as if I were being pushed into a transaction.
