Best first-car buying experience First off, let me say that I do not even live near Lynbrook. I searched for a well rated dealership and I figured it will be worth the trip – and boy First off, let me say that I do not even live near Lynbrook. I searched for a well rated dealership and I figured it will be worth the trip – and boy was I right. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the online sales manager who then introduced me to Dudley. I test drove the car I wanted and he explained to me everything in detail. I showed interest and promised to come back – handing him a down payment. I am the kind of person who is very meticulous. I would email Dudley constantly asking for detailed questions and he always responds promptly and addressed all my concerns. A few weeks later, I walk into the dealership with all the custom items I have (mounts, brackets, etc.). Dudley and his whole team really took all my requests seriously and they were very helpful. This is my first car and my experience is perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks, Dudley! More
