Harez greeted us at the entrance and we let him know we were considering a Tiguan, but still up in the air. That didn't discourage him from explaining how it's a solid German car that stands out from competition. It was the first dealer we were visiting as well and so even though the deal they offered was looking good, we weren't ready to commit. Harez still took the time to take us for a test drive which ended up convincing us this is the car we want. From negotiation to delivery, we are really impressed by the professionalism and dedication to customer service from Harez and will absolutely recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a new VW.
