From the ladies in reception to the salesman (Auggie) to the service tech who helped me navigate the coffee machine, to Russ who handled the paperwork and right up to the experience of new car delivery, (don't recall the gentleman who helped me empty my old car stuff into the new car but he was very helpful) the whole experience was a 10 !
