This is my fourth Toyota that I’ve bought from Sunrise Toyota North since 2005. This last purchase was of the 2024 RAV4 hybrid XSE.We worked with Ralston Dunn, our salesman and he was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable about the car we were looking to buy and worked diligently to find us the vehicle we really wanted. He went through an hour and a half of instructions and descriptions of how the car operates and how to do all of the work that we need to do to get started. He was very patient while describing how to use the features and very intuitive to realize when I needed to have a further description of the operation. Had no time during the numerous times that we met and discussed online the requirements that we were looking for did we ever feel intimidated by Ralston, which makes me feel comfortable when I go and buy a car.
