We had a wonderful experience with the Service department at Sunrise! We bought our vehicle here years ago and also had a very positive experience. However, we moved to New York City and had been taking our at Sunrise! We bought our vehicle here years ago and also had a very positive experience. However, we moved to New York City and had been taking our car to a closer dealership for service. Recently, we had an electrical issue with the car (it is now out of warranty). We took it to a nearby Toyota dealership that's closer to where we live now and we got the run around with a misdiagnosis of the problem and an inflated estimate for the cost of the repair. I called Sunrise for a second opinion and spoke with Jerry. He was fantastic through the entire process. Not only did Jerry provide an estimate for the repair that was clear and reasonable, but he also guided us through the process of obtaining a second diagnosis. Whereas the other dealership tried to scam us, Sunrise was professional, transparent and trustworthy from the start. The diagnosis made sense based on my consultation with other mechanics and their suggested repair was a fraction of the cost estimated by the other dealership. They didn't try to up-sell us on anything, which increased my confidence in their professionalism. When an issue arose with the wrong part being ordered, Jerry and the team went above and beyond to make sure that the cost did not exceed what we agreed upon. The repair was made in a timely fashion, our car is working properly again and they even threw in a free car wash! We had to drive hours to get our car serviced here but it was worth it! We will be coming here for our future service needs. Highly recommend this dealership and we'll definitely have them at the top of our list when it's time to buy a new car. Went to Sunrise Toyota North today to get my tire changed and Chris found out that the dealership that I purchased my tire and wheel package, Toyota Massapequa, did not turn in my paperwork to Toyota Financi and Chris found out that the dealership that I purchased my tire and wheel package, Toyota Massapequa, did not turn in my paperwork to Toyota Financial Services so my package was not active. Mind you I went to them yesterday and knew something was off when I checked in with the service department. I actually left and vowed not to go back as nothing had been done after sitting for two hours. Chris was extremely helpful and guided and directed me as to what to do and was able to get my tire done in less than 90 minutes. A big shout out to him and his service. More

Our experience at Sunrise Toyota North was without compare. Ralston was so honest and knowledgeable! We went in there with a budget in mind and he showed us a few models we were interested in and we l compare. Ralston was so honest and knowledgeable! Every little question we had he knew like the back of his hand. This was the first time I’ve ever leased a car and he made it unbelievably easy— we test drove our car and took it home within a few hours of stepping in the dealership. Ralston even walked us through all of the features and information on the dash display so we knew what we were looking at instead of needing to play with everything on our own.
