Beware!! I have to say that my experience at Sunrise Motors was lousy. Jim Davis was a typical salesmen, very nice until you signed the deal. One of my conditi I have to say that my experience at Sunrise Motors was lousy. Jim Davis was a typical salesmen, very nice until you signed the deal. One of my conditions of sale were to make another key for the 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Living in Oroville, it's a bit of a drive to Yuba City. My wife and I arrived to pick up our vehicle the key wasn't made. Jim Davis told us not to worry about it, they would send a mobile locksmith to make our key. After waiting four days for a call, I texted Jim and asked about the key. He stated that "they had tried calling you for two days." This was a complete lie, as my phone showed no unknown calls. Later that day, a locksmith texted me and told me that he was doing the job. When I asked him what day was good for him to come to Oroville, he responded that the owner, Ezra Bowles, had not authorized any travel and that I had to come back to Yuba City. I immediately called the dealership and was told that they weren't going to pay for it, stated that they wouldn't talk to me anymore, and now the locksmith has told me that the dealership has instructed him that they weren't paying for the key. They reminded me why I haven't purchased a vehicle from a car dealer in over a decade. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More
