Nail in Tire While running errands, I noticed a nail head in my right front tire. Didn't want to pull it for fear the tire would lose pressure. Drove to Sunrise While running errands, I noticed a nail head in my right front tire. Didn't want to pull it for fear the tire would lose pressure. Drove to Sunrise Service Dept. and they immediately pulled the nail which turned out to be very short. No lose of pressure or damage to the tire. Entire time spent including pulling the nail and inspecting the tire - approx. 15 minutes. Left feeling very lucky to have a dealership like Sunrise that could be flexible enough to provide this quality of service. More

Five Star Experience While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I decided to look at the new Mustangs and spotted a white GT Premium that was heavily discounted. While I was looking at it, I was approached by Neal Meadors and he asked if he could be of assistance. I told him that I had been thinking about trading in my 2015 Mustang, but I couldn't warm up to the Ecoboost model, which left the GT. So we talked some more and I decided to see what kind of deal they had on this car, which was a 2018. We ultimately came to terms and I bought the car. The process was painless with no high-pressure sales tactics. I could not be more pleased. More
Took them 5 1/2 weeks to figure out they couldnt fix my Truc Took my truck in for repair. After 5 1/2 weeks of giving me the run around they called me and told me that they could not fix my truck. lied in response to my review. the sensor never went off. It always said check engine even after service. not the first time sunrise lied about the service, it took 4 trips to fix the sensor never went off. He made the extra effort to research the applications for my particular car and made sure that the correct part was installed. More
