Moise. Sunrise Ford initially recommended for you a battery due to failing the test and you approved it. The starter did not fail the electrical test nor did it show any problems so there was no reason to recommend a replacement. Second, you were aware of a larger transmission problem but told Sunrise Ford the TCM would fix it because of the research you performed. The TCM was replaced under recall and you did not want anything further to be done with the vehicle. You were back in October and Sunrise Ford informed you that you had interior transmission problems.
