While I was looking at it, I was approached by Neal Meadors and he asked if he could be of assistance. I told him that I had been thinking about trading in my 2015 Mustang, but I couldn't warm up to the Ecoboost model, which left the GT. So we talked some more and I decided to see what kind of deal they had on this car, which was a 2018. We ultimately came to terms and I bought the car. The process was painless with no high-pressure sales tactics. I could not be more pleased. More
Took them 5 1/2 weeks to figure out they couldnt fix my Truc Took my truck in for repair. After 5 1/2 weeks of giving me the run around they called me and told me that they could not fix my truck. lied in response to my review. the sensor never went off. It always said check engine even after service. not the first time sunrise lied about the service, it took 4 trips to fix the sensor never went off. Kyonda was great Let me begin with I work for a Ford dealer and I found myself in a jam, I had a customer who only got 1 key on delivery. I 1st priced a key at the dealership I work at, figuring I could get a deal. Not a shot. Then I called Kyonda, she was professional and returned my call. She gave me a price that blew the price I had gotten from my own service dept. I will be calling if I have another problem. She was great and treated my customer like it was her own.
