Worst experience ever! Had my car in for repairs after an accident on 11-13-24. Finally received car back in March with a bent rim that was supposed to have been replaced, Had my car in for repairs after an accident on 11-13-24. Finally received car back in March with a bent rim that was supposed to have been replaced, absolutely none of the trunk seams line up with body of car, bumper is barely hanging on, ford emblem(supposedly new) has fallen off, quarter panels have paint overspray bunched up on wheel wells seams, quarter panels are not in alignment, car was completely out of alignment. Yet, our dealership received full payment for insurance company for the horrible repairs!!! More
