I brought car in because brake inspection for car per Ford App is way over due. Manager with dark hair got in car stomped on brake and said brakes are fine. I have lost confidence in Sunrise Ford to tell me what is wrong with my car. Over the last 2 services at about 10,000 miles when I got oil changed, I needed brake fluid and coolant changed. Also, I was told my car was leaking oil and they needed to run diagnostics to find it. I needed to leave it because the diagnosis took half a day. Please keep in mind there was oil mark in driveway where my car spends most of the time. I work from home so I don’t have a commute. I depend on technician and service department to tell me the truth and I don’t think they are. More
