Last Sunrise service for me. Been servicing my F250 almost 3 years consistently. Last several years I call service line, it rings then disconnects. Or finally rings thru and al Been servicing my F250 almost 3 years consistently. Last several years I call service line, it rings then disconnects. Or finally rings thru and almost never answered. When No one answers sends me to leave a message. I leave messages with my name and number. NO ONE returns the calls.. This last appointment replaced A/C evaporator. Big job. Dropped truck on a Wednesday, texted a question, asked to be called. Received a call on Friday, with nothing more than truck is being worked on. Asked for progress, needed the truck back by saturday. I Assumed Saturday.. no further calls. Went to Sunrise personally to find out what was going on Saturday afternoon. My service guy wasn't even working. Spoke to a service manager that informed me the truck was completed. No one would have called me until Monday if I hadn't walked in to get the progress myself. You have no concern for the customer. This facility obviously has issues. You need to fix them. I'll go to Stuart going forward if I deem the work needs to be done by a Ford service tech. Too aggravating working with you. More

Sunrise Ford replaced the front shocks on my F-150 and left parts off. They threw the parts away and I can’t get the dealership to resolve the issue after several months of trying.
