Then to find out that the glove box doesn't close properly. After further inspection I found that the hinge on the right side of the glove box was broken. I have no proof that you guys did it other than the contents of the glove box were put in the cup holders. I will not return to you for any more service, I will travel the extra miles and try the Vero Beach Ford Dealer. Left the dealer at 12:05pm That’s 2 hours for a simple oil change with an appointment at 10am And $102.54 for the works package. Unacceptable in many ways. More
I originally gave you all stars. After recent service. Since then... I called you 2x a week apart asking to quote me a new battery install. Your service dept number DOES NOT WORK.... They give you the run around between different people and will leave you on hold for over an hour. They will transfer you around to whatever sucker picks up the phone.
