The vehicle was not vacum and washed as promised , I've told the service tech, one of the rear tire nut bolt is missing , when I picked up the vehicle after 5pm 11/29/24 The receipt was for $170 dolla told the service tech, one of the rear tire nut bolt is missing , when I picked up the vehicle after 5pm 11/29/24 The receipt was for $170 dollars and I truly believe nothing was done to my vehicle because the tire nu bolt was still missing the truck was dirty inside and out and probably they reset the oil life on my truck computer without changing the oil and cabin filter, I've left a message to the service manager in detail what has happened and no call back yet, this morning I called the general manager on the phone telling him everything that has happened and so far nothing.
