Had an appointment Brought my car in a 8:00 could not get anyone to answer my messages. Not Steven. Not Sarah. Not my service advisor Just wanted an update. Finally found out the car wasn’t even liked at till 3:30. Why am I bringing it in at 8:00? Finally on Saturday,after multiple messages left a part had to be ordered. Would not be there till Monday. Ok. So I have the insurance coverage that I am entitled to a loner. Oh there is no one there on Saturday to get me the loner. On Monday after again trying to find out when I can get my car(unanswered messages again) I find out the part did not come in and won’t be there till Tuesday. So finally on Tuesday can pick the car up at 5:00. Yes the window now works. The floor board is scratched to xxxx. I guess from taking the inner door panel off to fix the window. New windshield wipers are good. The third problem was a compartment lid that was broken. That was not even addressed. When I got home and looked at the work order, it wasn’t even on there. I guess I should have looked at the paperwork more closely and noticed it wasn’t on there. I’m my 15 years of bringing my car in I never had to check on my service advisor like that. She did apologize for her part in it. I must say that the best help was from the main person who answered the main phone line. They helped me find out the info I needed. Very difficult to contact the service department and very slow to reply to messages. I have always had problems with services not being performed to completion but being told things have been repaired just t slow to reply to messages. I am over 60 years old, and pay over $100,000 for one of your best trucks. I was treated very badly, and I am very disabled which includes a traumatic brain injury. My dash lights would all go out the speedometer doesn’t match the RPMs. Very sluggish. I take it in to get fixed, they call the police on me because I didn’t understand some bills from the mechanics that had hand written on the paperwork paperwork was spread across the table when I was asking your manager about all these things. He scooped up all the papers and called the cops on me without even talking, very belligerent, professional. My family is probably bought 0 1,000,000 to 1,000,000 1/2 dollars for Ford trucks over the last couple years , I really don’t think the management at sunrise Ford during my occasion fits the Ford reputation. I was raised in Osceola County, St. Cloud, Florida. I was raised and grew up with five generations of cattle ranchers and orange groves! I have been driving diesels for over 50 years! I was belittled and made me feel so shameful, I am scared to take my truck back to get it fixed. I was so nervous and scared after that, that I did not sleep or come out of my house for two or three days. This is really not fair.. I am so pissed off at Ford, but it is not fair. For one apple to spoil the investments that my family and friends have made to Ford and then being treating like that. My truck is a one of a kind! I was very pleased I was really in a jam my care engine light came on twice as I drove to work and I smelled a burning sensation. I didn’t know what it was but it stunk. She is one of the greatest person since y’all have in that surface area. I started meeting her since a former service person was there by the name of Ron. He left some time ago. Sara came up around or about the same time as he left and I feel that Sara is very kind very patient very transparent. She let you know what she can do what she will try to do and she will do her best to get you what you need I was able to get my car in that day. They needed to keep it for several days which they did in my contract for service. I have a rental van. She told me she didn’t. She couldn’t hold any, but if I got there one was there I could come and have it and she did everything for me to be able to have a vehicle to run around and do my work with when my car was ready. She called me to let me know it was ready. I got there the staff I got there late 10 to 6 but I can tell you Member of your service area scramble to help me to get the things I needed. They were all kind, generous appropriate, and help me with all the anxiety. I was exhibiting cause I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to get my car, but they made it happen and for me, that’s a plus.
