Started off rough but continued with terrible customer service. Sales person fumbled an easy sale. Leaving voicemails is useless; no called me back after 3 attempts. Sales person was condescending and bad at communication. Provided alternate numbers to contact me but refused to and made excuses; she preferred emailing me even with two word responses. Ended up requesting a $34k cash refund. Never again. Finally received someone courteous at the end. Smh. Never again. More
