Sunrise Ford replaced the front shocks on my F-150 and left parts off. They threw the parts away and I can’t get the dealership to resolve the issue after several months of trying. Body shop took month and a half on my expedition. Picked it up and door doesn’t close correctly and my drivers side front and back locks do not work. Dropped off my truck at 8 am for a quick recall reset on my transmission. They said it would be a few hours. At 4 pm I called them and they said my advocate went home early and they didn't know where my tru my transmission. They said it would be a few hours. At 4 pm I called them and they said my advocate went home early and they didn't know where my truck was. Another advocate would call me back. I called back at 5 because nobody called me. I was bounced around from auto message to auto message before I was disconnected. I drove up at about 5:30 to find out where my truck was. Nobody knew. After 10 minutes they said the found it. The mechanic never got to it. I was then asked if I wanted to leave it and they would do it in the am. I said no thanks just give me my truck. I was very disappointed, i will go to a different ford dealership to get the recall work done. More
