Extraordinary customer service with a very helpful staff After being turned away by two other for service centers, Sunrise Ford happily agreed to take me as a walk-in. My service provider went above and bey After being turned away by two other for service centers, Sunrise Ford happily agreed to take me as a walk-in. My service provider went above and beyond to make my experience better than I could have anticipated. He was able to get my car serviced and make a future appointment so that Ford could attend to a recall which had already been issued without my knowledge. Not only did he make my safety a top concern, he was able to make my comfort a top priority for everyone at the service center. I had been to several dealerships in Los Angeles (Glendale and Woodland Hills) and found that their customer service was so incredibly horrible that I was ready to sell my car just so that I would never have to visit Ford for as long as I lived. Sunrise Ford was able to change my opinion on Ford. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have bought my last 3 cars at this dealership and scheduled a service appointment because of a safety recall that was issued. When I asked if I cou I have bought my last 3 cars at this dealership and scheduled a service appointment because of a safety recall that was issued. When I asked if I could get a ride to work which is 8 miles from the dealership I was told that "the shuttle only goes up to 5 miles". I said "can't you make an exception for a 3~time repeat customer" and the answer was "no". I asked if they could call an Uber for me and was told "no", but that I could rent a car for $30. I asked if they could waive that fee and was told "no". I ended up paying $20 to get to work because they weren't willing to drive me an extra 3 miles. I sent the general manager an email outlining this experience and he didn't bother to respond. No one at the dealership seemed remotely concerned or interested in helping me out. So needless to say I will not be buying my next car at this dealership and would NEVER recommend it to any friends, family or acquaintances. Absolutely horrible. And keep in mind, that when I posted this experience on social media, people commented that everyone from Audi to Honda to Subaru to Chevrolet and even Pep Boys give their customer rides, so Sunrise Ford just lost a great, loyal customer for not knowing how to provide good customer service! More

Best Service We have a local Ford dealer and service department where we live, but choose to take our Explorer 30 minutes away to Sunrise North Hollywood for servi We have a local Ford dealer and service department where we live, but choose to take our Explorer 30 minutes away to Sunrise North Hollywood for service. We've always had great service at Sunrise. Can't say the same for our local Ford service. The drive may be a bit inconvenient, but we know our vehicle is in good hands at their state of the art facility. They're great at communicating what is going on with your car and go above and beyond every time. Our service manager, Ryan, was great and made sure we were well taken care of. More
