Another positive service at Sunrise I had a great experience again at Sunrise Ford Service last week. My 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid brakes were not working and I had it towed in. Jessica , my service advisor got it assessed and found it needed new ABS and special parts. Jessica my service advisor texted me with updates and answered all my questions . My car was fixed sooner than expected. She also worked with me that due the pandemic and my health, I could not come in ,and helped to get my car back to me. I was so grateful. I have been a customer with them for many years and always have had good service there and this was no different-it was excellent.! More
