The dealership absolutely refused to honor a $1000 custom order incentive from Ford when I picked up the car. I provided a screenshot that I had taken of the offer from the time I ordered the car as well as order incentive from Ford when I picked up the car. I escalated to the internet sales director and the sales manager, who expressed that he would be happy to have me walk so they could sell the car to someone else the next day. They also installed $2200 worth of "optional" dealer add-ons that I had confirmed would not be installed when I ordered the car and when they took delivery from the factory. Of course they refused to uninstall those or give any sort of good faith credit or discount. I am happy to drag their name through the dirt and steer as many people away from them as possible. More

I ordered a bronco in JULY 2020, after 2 years, it finally arrived. I go and showed up to buy, all cash, for the MSRP which they have to sell it to me fore since I placed an order.. they then tell me finally arrived. I sad absolutely not, please take it off, and charge me the msrp which I agreed to! They said OWNERSHIP said NO! YOU HAVE TO PAY IT otherwise we will sell it to someone else. I AM BEYOND Pissed. This IS NOT legal, and will be pursuing legal action. DO NOT ORDER A CAR FROM THIS SHADEY DEALERSHIP! STAY AWAY! More
Pre-ordered a new Maverick directly from Ford's website to be delivered to Sunrise since it's my local dealer. I get emails from Ford saying it's being delivered. I finally go to pick it up from the dealer to be delivered to Sunrise since it's my local dealer. I get emails from Ford saying it's being delivered. I finally go to pick it up from the dealer and they've tacked on over $3,000 in additional fees for LoJack and "Vehicle Theft Protection" they say they can't remove. The MSRP on my order is $25,000, but after Sunrise is trying to gouge me on it, they total is over $31,000!? Even when you order directly from Ford, this dealer is trying to gouge you for all they can. More
Would definitely give this dealership 2 stars if we didn’t have at least one good experience while there. First thing was they added features that included an alarm system, 3m striping for doors and theft protection tools(just stickers put on the doors and hood that are used for identification if those part are stolen) that were not included in the listing price and were nearly 1,000 in extras I would have gone easily gone with out. I sat in the dealership for 3 hours going back and forth just to get a decent APR and for them to only take off a partial amount of those extras off the cost of the truck. Since we’re we’re not happy with their offer we left, this apparently gave them the motive to give us something reasonable so we went back and we’re ready to sign. First thing they do is confirm the APR and price and take my down payment and leave us sitting in the lobby, no one went over Warrenty options, who was financing my truck, GAP coverage, or how to use the stupid security system. We were sent upstairs to an office worker named Giovani who was the one that was the most helpful, he explained what the salesman was supposed to and made sure we left happy and even gave his direct line to call. This is my 3rd week of owning the vehicle and the only person to have returned my calls was Giovani and he was the one that informed me of my financing company but couldn’t help with my other questions about the truck. NEVER had a follow up of service with this dealership and it’s so frustrating that I’m the one who is begging for information that should have already been given when I purchased the vehicle. More
Our leased Ford Edge purchased at Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood was at its lease end. I contacted Sunrise Ford and spoke with Nick, the leasing manager. I provided him a little background about us as Sunrise Ford customers - We have been long-standing, returning Sunrise Ford customers who purchased 5 different vehicles over 15 plus years. I asked if (due to health concerns with the COVID pandemic and my husband being immunocompromised) the transaction could be with minimal contact - if the purchase paperwork could be prepared prior to arrival and if my husband and I could sign the paperwork outdoors at arrival. Nick texted us a message that he doesn't cater to specific requests, prepare paperwork prior to arrival and that we could contact his store manager or another dealership to do us the favor of purchasing our lease buyout. At Nick's suggestion to contact another dealership, I then contacted AutoNation Ford Valencia. One phone call to AutoNation Ford Valencia was all it took! I spoke with the sales manager, Austin. Angie and Zachary in sales assisted with the purchase. From the initial phone call, our health concerns were taken into consideration, and we were respectfully and gladly assisted. All paperwork was prepared prior to arrival and signed outdoors. From the time the phone call was placed to AutoNation Ford Valencia, to the time the purchase took place, was just a couple of hours. Thank you to AutoNation Ford Valencia for the care provided regarding our health concerns, the respect provided us as new customers, and the willingness to gladly assist us with a timely transaction. Most especially, thank you to Austin, Angie and Zachary for being so amazing! AutoNation Ford Valencia has definitely won over from Sunrise Ford North Hollywood the 5 vehicles, 15 plus years Ford customers we are! Thank you for the excellent customer service! We will definitely return to AutoNation Ford Valencia, send any referrals and highly recommend this dealership! Sadly, because Nick turned us away as customers and advised us to go to another dealership that will do us the favor of selling us our lease end vehicle, we will no longer be Sunrise Ford customers.
