Great customer service! I have been a long purchaser of Ford cars and recently when my car needed to go in I took it into Ford. Service Department a SHAM Service department is inept. After 'total' inspection done on a truck I wanted to buy, the inspection they did came back with no problems. After purchasing the truck I took it to another dealer. They found a list of serious mechanical problems Sunrise failed to find, costing me huge money and time waste. Sales people are criminals Don't try to buy a car here especially if you are a woman...they wouldn't negotiate and offered 0 down $560 per month on middle level fusion ($30k).. No problems with Sunrise Ford! I bought my Fiesta ST in Sep 2014. I spoke to the COSTCO rep and I was given a number $3,000 less than what another dealership wanted. Nave never had a problem with the car and I get looked after by the Service Advisor, Mike and have never been insulted or verbally abused by any of the staff I know. Sunrise Ford North Hollywood is rude! I purchased a Ford Focus 2014 this February and had nothing but problems with the car and the service department. When I called and wanted them to che I purchased a Ford Focus 2014 this February and had nothing but problems with the car and the service department. When I called and wanted them to check out the car, they said they would not look at it until I had 7500 miles on it. Ignoring this I made an appointment to have my car checked out. Mike said I only had 3000 miles on it. After I insisted, he took the car for a drive around the block. He asked me if they had told me that it was a dual transmission, I said NO! He said that Ford Focus had a problem with that item and even after bringing it in and having it fixed it might be ok for about 2 months. I asked him if I bought a lemon and he said yes. He said they will not look at it until I have 7500 miles on it. Never openened the hood - did not do anything. I called Ford in Detroit and through them I finally got an appointment and had to leave my car for 9 hours. When I picked it up, they did not do a courtesy car wash, and they did not fix the problem, but they said that I needed my transmission fixed and yes there was a problem. I would have to make an appointment, since they were so busy and had no opening until Ocotber 22 I will need to leave the car for 4 to 5 days. I asked if they would give me a loaner and they said it was not in my contract. I hate Sunrise Ford North Hollywood. I called Ford Detroit and they will arrange for me to have a loaner while my transmission is being fixed. Be afraid, very afraid especially if you are a woman. More
JOKE PLACE!! Brian,tony,alex AVOID GETTING CAR AT SUNRISE!!!!! After I spoke to TONY today over the phone and after I gave him my quote from other dealer in San Fernando valley, AVOID GETTING CAR AT SUNRISE!!!!! When I came down there we picked a car and then we worked on the numbers!! They gave me worst deal then the other dealer gave me!!! Then ALEX one of the sales manager come to talk to me and told me that the other dealer lie to me! And they can't give me better deal.... He left and tony left for 50 min I was waiting the all time to see what the other guy MIKE will do with the number after 50 mins I asked one of the salesman if he knows where tony is.. And he said " TONY SAID NO" I went to BRIAN he is the top manager there he was trying to show me his salesman skill to handle the situation and live me other deal... Finally he couldn't give me a better deal and I told them that I lease 5 cars and I never had a services customer like today!! He didn't said nothing ! And left !!! DONT GO THERE NO MATTER WHAT!! The place is very old the seat there are crappy And I aske u guys how come they ask me to come down after I gave them the number over the phone? This is totally scam and unrespectful Don't go there More
BUYER BEWARE; Sunrise Ford adds on two up-sell items, Vehicle theft protection (a keypad w kill switch) $595.00 and Protection Plus (some secret thing in the door) $395.00 so about 1000 bucks. I ask that these be removed prior to buying the car...but the charges were in the sales contract, after I realized this, I went back to Sunrise Ford and ask that they be removed, spoke with AJ Johnson GM and he told to "too bad" you signed the contract. Shady way to make an extra 1000 dollars. Bought a C-Max love the car, just don't buy from this dealership. More

Had us drive all the way from Anaheim telling me with my credit and down payment "It was a car deal all day". When I got there was another story after driving three cars. I'm so annoyed and pissed off I don't even feel like typing this review. I've been waiting on a call back from them since 1PM today... its now 7:18PM and still haven't called to tell me the payments on the 2012 Mini they have. You pass a lot of good dealerships on the way here... stop there... you will be happy you did. Alex and Ronald!!! More

Basically I bought a new Fiesta, happy with the car but had such a terrible experience with my salesman, Yuri, that I actually went out of my way to complain to a manager about his behavior and sales tactics. When I did this, I was basically told to its his job to treat me like crap and to leave. It was very rude, needless to say, and not focused on me, the customer who just gave them a 4000 dollar down payment. I got upset and, honesty, I yelled at the guy and told them what terrible customer service they have. The next day the GM, A.J. Called me personally to let me know that I was no longer welcome at the dealership and that any service I needed would need to be done elsewhere. Again, all I did was try to complain about the poor customer service. In return, I was abused and told I was persona non grata. These are terrible people. I can not recommend strongly enough that you go literally anywhere else. More
