The dealership is quite professional, and worked hard on my Ford Fiesta, 2015 for about 1 month and 10 days to get it right. There are several problems with the model, and this dealership knows the Fiesta my Ford Fiesta, 2015 for about 1 month and 10 days to get it right. Really great experience Went in for my routine service. Met by Marvin when I drove in. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was directed to the cafe beca Went in for my routine service. Met by Marvin when I drove in. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was directed to the cafe because I decided to wait for my car. Marvin told me it would take approximately an hour. About 45 minutes in he came into the cafe and told me that the battery was bad and would be replaced under warranty. It took anther 30 minutes to install. All in all a very good experience. Extraordinary customer service with a very helpful staff After being turned away by two other for service centers, Sunrise Ford happily agreed to take me as a walk-in. My service provider went above and beyond to make my experience better than I could have anticipated. He was able to get my car serviced and make a future appointment so that Ford could attend to a recall which had already been issued without my knowledge. Not only did he make my safety a top concern, he was able to make my comfort a top priority for everyone at the service center. I had been to several dealerships in Los Angeles (Glendale and Woodland Hills) and found that their customer service was so incredibly horrible that I was ready to sell my car just so that I would never have to visit Ford for as long as I lived.
