The Dealership kept my appointment. They were efficient on my check in. My car was ready faster than expected. My service writer let me know what was checked in the car and the cashier was virtuous and pro on my check in. My car was ready faster than expected. Very disappointing. Buyer beware! I arranged this purchase in advance from San Diego. First, the salespeople tried to stick me with an $800+ charge for extra alarm equipment that was n I arranged this purchase in advance from San Diego. First, the salespeople tried to stick me with an $800+ charge for extra alarm equipment that was not advertised in the price, not factory issued, and not requested by me. Then they acted like they were doing me a big favor when I caught the charge and insisted they remove it. Since I was driving up from San Diego, I asked that all paperwork be ready in advance and that the car be checked to make sure all window-sticker equipment was present. So of course when I arrived no paperwork was ready and I had a long wait. Then I noticed the rear cargo cover was missing. I was told by the salesperson that there wasn't supposed to be one with the car. I pointed out that the car's window sticker specifically listed a cargo cover. Another long wait. Finally, I was told they would send me a cargo cover to my home and it would arrive "in a few days". More than two weeks later, no cargo cover. And of course I cannot reach anyone at the dealership. Sunrise Ford makes a big deal in their advertising about being a large dealership. Apparently quantity doesn't mean quality. More

He charged my individual to look at each problem 165 .00 I asked if I chose to do service does this cost go towards service he advised yes . I received no quote for three weeks . Until I demanded to speak with service manger to whom she tried to argue until she saw the terrible service advisors quoted . They quoted me 3x the amount per part with terrible customer service now advised during the world wide pandemic I need to pick up car or a storage fee will be attached More
Fail to update Car went in for oil change. Oil change was completed. Oil leak was found in transmission. Car kept for three days and nothing was done. When we call Car went in for oil change. When we called no one knew the status of the repair or where the car was at inside the service department. Took them 20 minutes to locate the car and figure out that car had just been sitting for three days at dealership. More
