BAD BAD EXPERIENCE - Check your contracts after you sign it YES, you can't believe, after I bought the car with the equipment they offered me, and after exchanging in more than 72 text messages with the sales YES, you can't believe, after I bought the car with the equipment they offered me, and after exchanging in more than 72 text messages with the salesman before, I went to pick up the truck because in his text where he confirmed to me the car was coming with leather, the truck came without it. Then they gave me a "We owe you note" in order to have my truck installed with the leather later that was a nightmare.. After weeks I finally obtained the leather but to my surprise and checking the contract, I discovered that they, after 5 hours from signing it and following instructions of one of the Managers there, They told me I need to go back, when i was their abut 6 or 7 pm, she told me that she needs to change the contract because my discount was incorrectly applied. ( FIVE HOURS LATER AND AFTER A WEEK FROM THEY HAVE MY DEPOSIT, " She discovered this?". She (Kim) one of the manager explained to me that they only were going to change a couple things or one dollar in the terms monthly payments, because apparently the computer program did not allow to process like that. I trusted her and signed the "cents correction", when I checked it was only one +/_ dollar. I was in a hurry because when they called me I was going to Dallas driving the truck. I went back and I made the mistake thinking the "GOOD FAITH" of the manager, and signed the supposed correction. I didn't read all lines one by one and to my surprise days later, I found she removed the extra warranty I bought for 60k miles. After my claim with Ford Mo Co, they (the Dealer) said that it was not what they originally said, they said was because the leather, when it shows included in the bill and other papers plus my 72 text with the salesman shows it was included. They always denied they changed that for my sons discount even in writing. NOW when I wrote to the principal, she told me first, that was the leather. When I proved to her it was not, she now wrote "because my sons discount" finally the piece we need in our complaint, the part we need is that somebody accepted it, this motive in writing and again finally she did. Now what? they removed my $1,665.00 warranty and not for the leather and what????? I am waiting to see what FORD MO. CO. AND FORD MOTOR CREDIT will do. We are going to sue the Dealer. Now BE CAREFUL when you be ask to change or when they change something, check your contract and check with the bank if they received the contract with the same terms you signed. You can have changes in the interest rate, have extras removed to increase the price etc. BE CAREFUL. Oh and the salesman Matt that was so nice when selling the truck and after 72 friendly text from his phone, now does not answer the phone for me anymore. Coward and dishonest man. More
Cannot/will not fix the problem! I have taken our '08 Explorer in 3 times for lurching transmission problems & paid $100 each time with the Extended Warranty I bought from Ford Motor I have taken our '08 Explorer in 3 times for lurching transmission problems & paid $100 each time with the Extended Warranty I bought from Ford Motor for over $2000. Each time they say they cannot find any transmission problem. On the last visit they said it was the torque converter, which they claimed to have repaired...yet the transmission continues to jerk, lurch & hesitate. My husband is a mechanic & the knows the problem was not related to a torque converter-it is a faulty transmission that DOES NOT SHIFT correctly! For some reason this dealership's service dept. can't/won't repair the problem. They are a FORD dealer-They should be able to fix Ford vehicles! More

I will never go back I took my car for service at 9:30 A.M. they told me it was going to be a while so I took a ride home. They promised to call as soon as there was any new update, when I didn't hear from them around 3:41 I decided to give them a call. The tee receptionist who answered tried to transfer my call to the service department twice, the phone rung with no answer. She was finally able to connect me with someone only for me to get put on hold once more due to the simple fact this guy couldn't answer my question. When I asked the guy who finally picked up what the update on my car was he said they haven't even checked the car due to the fact the technician who was supposed to work on it was busy with another project and that he is almost done and will get on it as soon as possible. He also promised to call back in the next 45 minutes to update me on what was wrong with the car. I waited and waited that call never came. Around 5:51 p.m. I decided to call and see what was going on only for a sale representative to pick up and told me the whole dealership is closed for the day, the sale department is the only one still open. I asked to speak to a supervisor only for him to tell me everyone had left for the day. When I asked what my options are for getting my car back there was no sympathy from him whatsoever, all he kept saying is, "you're complaining to the wrong person, I don't work service I'm in sales, they'll be open tomorrow at 8, you can call and talk to them then". To make a long story short, these guys kept my car overnight without informing me and without providing me with any sort of transportation to get around. I would rather drive to the Ford dealership in Gainesville for my service instead of ever going back to this he'll ho. More

So you know this must have made an impression on me. I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 FX2 and just had to express how impressed I was with Mr. Wetteland and the experience I had. I have bought 2 vehicles from sunrise ford in the past but had not bought a new vehicle in over 10 years (had my last ford for 12+ years). Even though I haven't been there in over a decade, I was treated like I bought a car there every year. I have never bought a new vehicle from another dealership and cant see any reason I would. I am proud to say that customer service is alive and well at that dealership. Feels good to know that some places still hold on to that hometown dealership feel and way of doing business. Also, I LOVE THE TRUCK! More

I had done a lot a research on line before hand and was able to specify the vehicle with the options and in the color I wanted. Although the dealership did not have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock on site they did locate it for me. They gave me an excellent price on my trade and even dealt with my not so fabulous credit score. Carol Lancaster was my sales consultant. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. After my initial test drive I did delay my purchase for about a month for my own personal reasons not related to the dealership. I have been driving my new car now for 4 days and it is great. I have received email and calls from the dealership to make sure everything was going well and even helped me with how to change the settings on my navigation system. I am completely satisfied with my interaction. More
