Dealership claims that the missing cargo cover as well as the car rugs are not included in the new 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport Premium R and that I have to buy them myself ! The deal was done on Dec 2nd with a trade in of my 2024 BMW 530i for which my monthly payment was due on Dec 30th. As of today Jan 3rd, BMW Financial still didn’t receive the payoff on my account which is now overdue by four days. This morning I went again to Sunrise VW asking the reason of the delay ! Called in for a recall on my Ford and was taken care of by John Wilson. He was up front, responsive and very professional. It was a pleasure meeting John when I arrived. Started off rough but continued with terrible customer service. Sales person fumbled an easy sale. Leaving voicemails is useless; no called me back after 3 attempts.
