I was told at time of purchase I had to take out a contract with LoJack paint protection etc. My wife wanted the car so I agreed to it. The advisor does not answer when called, says they will call back and never do. The only way to get ahold of an advisor is to call and speak to a manager which is almost the same difficulty. I would have rated 5, but I found my vehicle door handle 'broken' and the door ajar. Got John to investigate and he found part of the handle on the ground. After all of this, now I have to take my truck to the Local Ford dealership because I found out the tire has been plugged on th with this dealership.
