Worse customer service Purchased a 2013 Chevy Captiva May 20, 2018. It’s now November 15, 2018. I came in for my 2nd free oil change & they are telling me my battery is leaking & needs to be replace. But it’s not that problem. I am still financing this vechile & it’s frustrating because not only did I give them business but my money. They don’t care!!! Should have took my money back to Carmax. I know now. More

VERY DISSAPOINTED I WAS a customer of this dealership, purchasing three vehicles since 2008. I had a chevy Impala in for service twice for a sunroof water leak and feel I WAS a customer of this dealership, purchasing three vehicles since 2008. I had a chevy Impala in for service twice for a sunroof water leak and feel I got SHAMED! VERY disappointed and have decided to never return to this dealership nor recommend them. Way overpriced, and lied to! I went to this dealer to get an oil change. I had purchased my Volt certified used from another Chevy dealer, and this was my first oil change. I was I went to this dealer to get an oil change. I had purchased my Volt certified used from another Chevy dealer, and this was my first oil change. I was quoted 49 dollars and some change. I had tried to change the oil the night before, but found that the oil plug bolt was stripped. I set a notification to call me if it costed any more than the quoted price. As expected, they called and let me know that the price was going to be 51 dollars and some change. I specifically asked, is that the total or just for the plug? They said it was the total, so I said go ahead. When I arrived they told me the total was 109 dollars. I questioned it and they told me something completely different than they told me over the phone. Putting aside that it costs around 18 to 20 dollars for the 4 quarts of oil and filter required for a Chevy Volt, and they charge at least 30 in labor... They charged me 22 for a 13 dollar plug and another 30 dollars in labor! To swap out an oil plug! Never again. More

Excellent Vehicle Service After bringing in our car to another dealer 5 times to fix the air conditioner on our 2012 Chevrolet Impala, we decided to call Sunrise Chevrolet and After bringing in our car to another dealer 5 times to fix the air conditioner on our 2012 Chevrolet Impala, we decided to call Sunrise Chevrolet and give them a try. We spoke to John Neimann, who was very helpful in setting up an appointment. We dropped off our car and John listened to what problems we were having with our air conditioner. It would blow warm air continually unless the vehicle was moving. Then it would blow cool. but never cold air. This was very frustrating, especially on warm days. John assured us he would relay the information to the technician and he would keep us updated on the status of our vehicle. We are VERY PLEASED that our air conditioner is FINALLY WORKING GREAT!!!! We just wanted to say THANK YOU and that we are very appreciative to John and the technician(s) who worked on our car. We will definitely be bringing in our vehicles for any further service at Sunrise Chevrolet. More

John went above and beyond when servicing our 2013 Chevy Sonic, John also took care of us making sure we had a rental, made sure our extended warranty was handled correctly and also kept us informed about our vehicle.A Service department can make or break a dealership,in other words it's the heart of the dealership, Sunrise Chevrolet Service department gives the highest level of Service to the customer, for that reason it is the best place to buy a vehicle, we bought our 2013 Chevy Sonic Turbo there. Sales guy Nick came to see if he could help. He is friendly and was helpful without being pushy. We test drive one car but it just didn't feel right for me Nick adjusted his approach with me and hit a homer with his next suggestion. After some normal haggling, we all came to an agreement. I got a new car 2 steps up from the one I had and I hope to be happy for some time to come. My last experience with Chevy was positive and I have long had a high regard for Sunrise. More
