Julia tried to make me pay for the tire repair and got an attitude when I told her I had coverage on the tires. She and Colin completely ignored me when I went to them to find out the status of my repair. There is no excuse for rudeness. Maybe if I was paying for the repair I would have been treated better. We also discovered that when the car was previously in for an oil change and tired rotation the sensors did not get reprogrammed to correlate with the correct tire. The reason for my visit was to find out why I was get a low pressure alert ON THE WRONG TIRE! Therefore, someone dropped the ball on my previous visit to your service department. Also, the music in the service area waiting room is extremely loud. The TV is also on in the waiting room and that is turned up loud to drown out the volume of the music. I had a migraine by the time I walked out of there.

We did look into your recent service visits with us. We did replace the power motor in the sunroof, due to it being burned out for you. The second time we did replace it for you we disconnected the fee for you but I am sorry this is happening to your vehicle. Sorry about the confusion when you spoke with our advisor we explained the charges for the extra service you wanted to know about. You did receive an oil change as well which is a seperate service and charge. We will make sure we explain in more in depth next time.
