Dealership thinks I know nothing about new brakes. Had new brakes and rotor's installed and new ones squeal louder than the old ones. Was told that is how all new chevy brakes are nothing they can do Had new brakes and rotor's installed and new ones squeal louder than the old ones. Was told that is how all new chevy brakes are nothing they can do about it. Told me don't worry about it as long as they still work. Was even told hey our loaner car brake's squeal also and they work so there okay. I brought it back to have them look at it and they didn't even look at it just called me and said the sound is normal ( like all brakes squeal ) new brake may make noise for a short period of time not weeks later. I guess they think if I turn up music I can't hear the noise very upset with the service may start taking all my car's to other places now. More

From start to finish, all of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were upfront with all service being done and did not try to "sell" me something that was not needed at that time.
